About the room
Fairly large bedroom in a 2,500 sq. ft. home. Room is no longer orange. You’ll have garage parking as long as your vehicle is smaller than a full size truck. Separate fridge in the garage and plenty of kitchen space. Full size in ground pool for use in the summer. 1GB internet. Room comes with a brand new queen bed if you need. 3-6 month leasing options with availability next summer to rent the entire house. Military preferred however accepting all applications. Pets on a case by case basis. Owner does have a large dog but he is old and very friendly.
