Saul M.'s room

This home is located in a modern neighborhood behind the CHP station where you can expect a safe, secure, yet clean environment. There is plenty to do outside the home such as visit the park, take a tour of the lake, enjoy the river bed, and have easy access to freeway/shopping centers. There is plenty of parking available (which you most likely have your own).

We are renting out two modern rooms. Room 1 will be rented first. First person will have their own bathroom most of the time until second room is filled. Bathroom/Room must be cleaned and kept maintained. There is a price increase for pairs of two. We will take care of all utilities but will ask to not be overly wasteful. We will provide you with your own refrigerator, food cabinet, utensils cabinet, and purified water.

I am a Hispanic single mother, who is very respectful, polite, and lovable to all my guest. I live with my little dog who is old, quiet, and friendly with others. I have two grown sons that visit me time from time but they as well are polite and respectful young men. My youngest son visits me on the weekends since he’s in college. I enjoy cooking and baking and spending time with my grandkids.

I expect our tenant to be clean, respectful, polite, and responsible with our family and home! There is NO ALCOHOL or SMOKING permitted (taken seriously)! No Drunks or night owls. No personal pets allowed. No loudness, drama free, nor party’s. Last, No overnight guests. We ask you to be polite, quiet, clean, respectful, responsible, and courteous.
