ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO WOMEN AND NON-BINARY PEOPLE The apartment is in an early 1900’s building close to the Red Line. The place has hardwood floors throughout, gas range in the kitchen, some backyard space, a parking space, and a kind landlord. The room is one of two in the apartment and comes with an a/c unit installed. There are shared living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen in the apartment. Rent is $650 per month with a month to month lease. Electric, gas, heat, and internet would be shared on top of that. The place is in the heart of Rogers Park. A short walk to the beach, close to multiple markets, Glenwood Farmers Market is close by when in season, great bars, restaurants, and cafes within blocks of the apartment.

I am a 30 year old who works 35-40 hours per week on a consistent schedule. I like to keep things clean and orderly and try to use the space so I’m not sitting in my room all the time when home. I’m a social introvert and like to have people over on occasion. I like to party but generally keep it out of the home (Purim and Passover easily turn into parties however as Jewish law says we drink). I regularly smoke weed and am happy to keep it to my room with some incense burning. I have my current flu vaccine and am fully boosted for COVID, only open to living with someone who is as well.
