$1,550 - One roommate wanted to share a 2 bed /2 bath apartment starting November 1st for a 6-month lease with the option of retaining the apartment and moving into the master after the lease period. Apartment is walking distance to Downtown Campbell, The Pruneyard, parks, restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. Close access to Highway 17, 85, and 280. 30-minute commute or shorter to Google, Netflix, Apple, and Yahoo. Fully furnished living room and dining area. Full usage of kitchen, living room and balcony. The second bedroom has a private full bath and large closet that spans the width of one wall. Washer/dryer, air conditioning and dishwasher are in-unit. One assigned parking space included with the rent. Must love cats – I have one kitty, and up to 3 pets per apartment are welcome for an added fee and monthly pet rent payable to the apartment office. Gym, dog washing station, pool, and outdoor grill areas included in the complex. Water and trash are billed based on collective use of the entire building every month, while electricity and Wi-Fi are billed separately.

I’m an interior designer that works full time. I am looking for one other person to help pay the rent. I love to stay in and watch movies, but I’m just as happy going out for a drink during the evening or a hike on the weekends. I’m a tidy person and like to keep the common areas organized.
