Upstairs level in a cute house located in the Montague, available early November. Montague/Madison is located right by Inglewood, which is East Nashville, and backs up to the river. It is a quiet neighborhood. To give a more accurate location it is about 3 minutes from Briley Parkway and about 15 mins from downtown. -private Master bedroom with your own bathroom and a bonus room and storage room. Fully discloser the bonus room has 6 feet ceiling but the Master bedroom has 8 feet ceiling, shared kitchen downstairs -fenced-in backyard–no pets though because I already have a cute little quiet small dog and two dogs would be too much -rent: $1100 with shared utilities -speaking of utilities, you will have your own AC system upstairs so you can control the temperature to your liking. -big area for storage -you’ll have your own driveway because the house has two, I park in the back, and you will have the front -ring security system (three cameras outside) -Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and HBO passwords for free
