Goethals Drive

Near city center with a short 5 min walk to Uptown shopping. Near the hospital, PNNL and WSU. There is a gym near by too. It’s recently updated with new flooring, fireplace, and paint. There is a washer and drying in unit. It’s on the second floor and the neighbors are quit. The condo is fully furnished including your room if you want or it can be taken out. The floors are wood except your room has carpet. There used to be cats but has been cleaned.

I work 5 days a week a standard 8 to 5. I’m pretty laid back but like a clean house. I’m quiet at first but my personality shows quickly once I get to know you. If you have questions just ask. I like to be up front and honest.
