Maureen's room

Medium sized private room, with large walk-in closet and a bit of extra storage space above bathroom entrance. Shared main bathroom - jack and Jill setup. Additional half-bath downstairs. Dedicated parking spot, nice neighborhood and pool use in the summer. Has central air. All utilities included. Will consider sharing use of in-unit washer and dryer. Prefer older female but will consider younger person who is mature and responsible.

Only one other person living in the home - myself, and my two pets - a dog and cat. I would consider someone with a cat, but another dog will probably not work. I am quiet, enjoy spending time with family and work long hours. Enjoy having a pleasant and clean home to come home to each day.
