Graham's room

The room is spacious and comes with a bed and desk if desired. It is a four-bedroom house close to the University with a washer and dryer. The rent is $575, including utilities. The house is a 3-minute bike ride from campus and has plenty of parking. Also, there is a backyard.

I am a student at the University and am finishing up my degree this semester, and will be moving out in December. The other 3 women are all either recent graduates or grad students. They are super nice and welcoming, too!
