Stephanie's room

This is a one bedroom, one bathroom with a kitchenette and apartment sized fridge. This in-law suite is separate from the main home with its own entrance but still comfortable for two. We are close to the Uptown shopping center, Coronado Mall, and Presbyterian Women’s Hospital.

We have been renting out the in law suite on Airbnb for over two years. Another year to traveling nurses. We are a small family of three with a pet cat and chickens. (Hens only) May consider lowering rent for a handyman or handywoman.
