Smoking permitted outside the house. Payment must be receive every 1st of the month. Security deposit $500. Common areas, kitchen, bathroom must be clean after each use. I require background and credit check.

I live with my significant other. My college daughter comes home on major holidays. We both work day time so I prefer our roommate to be at work and not work from home. We cook sometimes and clean after our mess. I expect the same with our roommate.
