Hello, currently looking for a roommate to sub lease our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in Newark, CA. Great little neighborhood close to Coyote Hills Park, with lots of trails and is a good spot for biking. We’re close by to plenty of tasty restaurants, boba spots, grocery stores, etc.

You would be renting one of the single bedrooms with private bathroom next door. We have a 2 car garage and you are more than happy to work on projects or use as storage space if needed. Plenty of street parking is also available. Full access to common areas and kitchen, we have a small backyard and large upstairs balcony where you can garden or create a space to relax and enjoy the views. Our home has a washer and dryer as well as central A/C and heating. We also have high speed internet throughout the house.

Our ideal roommate is a single individual with no pets or children (sorry folks) who communicates well, is tidy, responsible and reliable. All utility bills are to be split equally 3 ways between us.

The only other roomies at this property are myself (30F), my partner John (30M), and our chorkie Churro.

I’m a digital artist working out of San Jose and am quite an avid gamer. John is an engineer working in Newark and is an alternative energies nerd. We’re both pretty big movie fanatics and love to travel when we can. As tenants/roommates, we are very easy going and respectful. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
