Some garage use available. Cleanliness and roommate courtesy a must. No pets of any kind. (Rent includes all utilities & wireless internet). NO indoor or outdoor smoking, no pets or non familial kids allowed on premises. No parties or get togethers allowed. Occasional (4 per year) small get togethers (5 people max) allowed if Ok’d by landlord and OK to have an overnight friend in rented bedroom, limited to a couple nights per week. Must discuss all details in real time over the phone before meeting in person at premises. Driveway parking available for 1 car, limited street parking. Required slow/ pedestrian friendly driving in neighborhood. Limited street parking for guests. Rent includes all utilities and wireless internet. Front and back yard. Nice big great room. Right now there is a shared office space and a extra small bedroom that could be offered as a team up. The smaller bedroom could possible rent for additional $ 700 if interested in a team up. I am a 20 year old student and part time retail worker. I like to cook a bit and go to the gym. I spend a lot of time gaming and resting when I’m not working or working out. I occasionally hang out with my friends but most of the time that is away from home. This house is large enough to share and hope to find a roommate that is compatible.
