Have two rooms available, price would be for both, could be less if you only want one. Most of the bathroom space would be yours, just the shower downstairs isn’t working so for now the bathroom upstairs is shared (the downstairs bath just needs an exhaust fan). Laundry included. Electric only runs about $40 a month peer person MAX. Large kitchen and living room is furnished. Internet is free and high speed. Willing to share tv subscription services at no cost to you if you want to help you save money. Not sure what gas will run in the winter but paid to lock in a lower gas rate now.
