Looking for someone to occupy the 1 bed/bath room in our home in Riverside/Fed Hill Baltimore.
What were looking for from the roomie:
Non smoking household. We clean up immediately and after ourselves. We’re not loud or dirty, and we are considerate of others’ space. We’ve lived with unclean and irresponsible roommates in the past. We don’t want that anymore. All were looking for from someone is clean, good in communication, and respectful.
We have a small sized 40 lb. lab and a 5 lb Bichon Yorkie pupper as our security system. We clean up after them every day and they are super friendly! This location is ideal for working professionals, students, nurses, and anyone that really enjoys Baltimore City.

My partner and the puppers are here full time. I travel for work so I’m only here 4 days a month or 2 weekends. We are originally from Baltimore county. My background is in real estate and IT and my partner is a nurse. Vin, my girlfriend, works night shift. ideally, a 9-5 person works well with this schedule. We are fully vaccinated. We always clean up after ourselves when cooking or doing something. We would like someone to be the same. Were very respectful with other people and their space.
