Nicole's room

Hi! I have a room available in my two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in a secure building in downtown Sacramento. The room is currently furnished with basic furniture ( bed, dresser, desk, shelves) but can be removed if you have your own. It also has two closet spaces and a sliding glass door onto the balcony. You would have your own bathroom which includes a shower and in unit washer/dryer. The rest of the unit is furnished. There is also a laundry room, gym, sauna, hot tub, and pool on site. Parking in a covered garage is available for an additional monthly fee. Super close to the arena, DOCO, Old Sacramento, and K Street nightlife. It is such a great location and space!

I’m a professional female in my 30s that has been living in this unit for the last three years. I am an overall laidback and friendly person. I love spending time with my friends and exploring downtown. I go on frequent overnight and weekend trips but work from home most weekdays; my desk is located in my bedroom. I have three cats but they are pretty easy-going and chill. They have lots of high spaces or my room to spend time in. I like to keep the space tidy and am looking for a roommate who will do the same. Just would really like to live with someone who has positive energy and is responsible. :)
