** June Rent Free** Looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom in a Cap Hill apartment. You will have to be added to the existing lease, which ends 11/21/2026. 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, 1010 square feet. Total rent is $2,271/month and you’d pay half + half of utilities. The apartment is more or less furnished so it would be good for someone without a lot of furniture. You’d need a bedroom set. I’m open to moving things around to accommodate. There’s in unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Onsite gym and a shared patio with grill. It’s a solid location for walking to King Soopers or Trader Joes, Colfax bars, and 17th Street restaurants. There is parking at the building but you have to reserve a spot and pay the parking fee. The building’s called the Belmont Buckingham. It’s a 1920s hotel on Poet’s Row that was converted into apartments. I’m already at the pet limit for the unit with 2 cats, so no more pets will be allowed.

I’m a 34yr old gay male professional and part time grad student looking for another similarly situated person to move in. I work from home and work/schooling from home is okay with me. I have 2 very friendly cats. I play video games, tennis, hike, and like plants and horror movies. The building is non-smoking but people get away with some light marijuana use for the most part.
