My roommate is moving out by November 20 and I’m looking for someone to occupy his room. You will have to sign lease with the building. 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, 1010 square feet. Rent is $2,145/month and you’d pay half + half of utilities. I’ll pay the pet rent. The apartment is pretty much furnished. You’d need a bedroom set. We have in unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Onsite gym and a shared patio with grill. It’s a solid location for walking anywhere in cap hill and about a mile or so from Lodo/16th street. Your bedroom would be off of the kitchen in the back of the apartment.

I’m a 31yr old gay male professional looking for another similarly situated person to move in. Prefer a young professional but also open to students. I work from home 3 days a week, so work/schooling from home is okay with me. I have 2 cats and they are very sweet and chill. I play video games, tennis, hike, go out, and like horror movies and anime. I don’t have a preference on whether we hangout or not. I don’t really cook, so the kitchen will likely be mostly used by you. The building is non-smoking but you can get away with some light marijuana use for the most part.
