Master bedroom with large closet and private bathroom available in shared 3BR/2BA house in Mentone, a quick 5-minute drive to I-10. 15-minute drive to ESRI and 5-10 minutes to downtown Redlands.

The house is freshly remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer, central a/c, has a nice bright living room, and great lighting throughout. Cute front yard and small back yard as well.

House is fully furnished but the available room is not.

Grocery store just down the street, and an easy 5 min drive to access I-10.

Rent is $850/mo. plus shared utilities, usually about $100 per month, per person. The lease runs until late January, with option to renew at that time.

In order to be approved you must have reliable income, good references, and credit score of 650 or higher.

No pets

House is shared with two housemates, one of which travels about 75% of the time for work and is rarely home. Both of us are working professionals in our 30s, clean and tidy, non-smoking, active, friendly, outgoing, responsible and educated. Looking for someone similar so that we all get along and enjoy living together!
