Currently I am residing in a one-bedroom in this community, and I would like to transition to a 2-bedroom with a roommate. My place is fully-furnished so I am planning on just moving everything here into the new two bedroom unit, so everything minus your bedroom and bathroom with be furnished (large L-couch, rugs, large TV, coffee and side tables, kitchen table w/ 4 chairs, patio sectional w/ fire-table).

Here’s the stitch: I will be moving in June-ish 2023 (8 months from now), and the shortest lease available is 14 months. Looking for a roommate who is okay with signing on for at least 14 months, and finding another roommate for the remainder of the lease after I leave.
