2 bedrooms and private bath available in bi-level house. One room can be used as an office, TV room, spare room…. whatever you may need it for. Rooms and bathroom are located upstairs. Shared spaces are the kitchen, dining room and living room which are all upstairs. Laundry is located downstairs.

Hi! I’m Mark! I work full time and work from home a couple days a week but in the office the rest of the week. I have a 17yo son that is over 2-3 days a week. Our rooms and bathroom are downstairs. I’m looking for a responsible person and prefer at least a 6 month stay (unless of course it’s not a good fit:)). Plus, looking for a roommate is a lot of work so really don’t want to have to look for someone new after a month or two🤣😂
