Newark Street

The tri-level house has a bedroom for rent located on the garden level with good light and privacy. There is a private bath with a shared laundry room. The home includes one other adult woman who lives here part time and two college aged daughters during holidays. One small dog, part poodle, who is hypo allergenic also live here part time. This means the home can be very quiet at time and full of happy energy at other times.

I am relatively quiet except for when I host dinners or my children are home. I have a home office so I would prefer a housemate who works away during the day. I like to share meals and cooking and the housemate is generally included in the family meals when they happen.
