2 others living in 2 other rooms inside the house. Shared bathroom with 2 Male Roommates

Terms: Month to Month, Or one year lease accepted.

Provided: Cameras included for security. Appliances; (Kitchen & Living Space Furnished, Laundry: Washer/Dryer Area is Outside, Shared Bathroom, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Stove/ Oven).

Services: House cleaning provided twice a month for common areas only. They do not clean the rooms or go in there at all. Gardener Provided Once Per Month.

Room: Room Door has a security code lock for safekeeping one key included for room. Remote Ceiling Fan and light for room. Room can be furnished with tv, bed and nightstand if needed For an extra charge.

Utilities/Bills: All utilities/bills and WIFI included with utility fee of $125 per month.

Rent: Individuals: Accepted for $975 per month (rent $850 + utility fee $125) and $800 deposit, $1775 total move in cost.

Couples: Accepted for $1050 per month (rent $925 + utility fee $125 ) and $900 deposit. Total move in cost $1950 for couples.

Pets: Pet friendly Pet Deposit $400 Per Pet. No Pets allowed inside house at all, outside only.

Smoking: No smoking allowed inside, outside only.

Parking: 1 parking spot inside gated home available and one parking outside in front of house.

Qualifications: All individuals must apply. Credit and background checks.

1. INCOME - Combined monthly gross income must be 3x the monthly rent amount.
2. CREDIT - Each applicants credit score must be 600 or above, must have no evictions, no open bankruptcies , no unpaid child support.
3. RENTAL HISTORY - Each applicant must have a positive and verifiable rental history or home ownership for the last 2 years.

You will have 2 other roommates (males). They each have their own room. They are both males over 25+ One of the roomies has a male husky.
