Date available could likely be flexible through the month of November or early December. I’ve rented this place for the past year but current roommate is moving out in November. Open bedroom could either be an open loft space or a more traditional looking bedroom. Spacious kitchen, porch, fenced in backyard, 2 car garage, basement with plenty of storage space. Open to another dog as long as our dogs get along well. Please note there is a $300 additional fee for pets and then $35 each month. Average cost of utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, and internet cost $130-$175 a month.

I’m 30 and love hiking, kayaking, reading, journaling. Many perceive me to be pretty extroverted in social settings, but I also have a high value for quiet at home. I work in the education sector with more administrative type of work. I work a hybrid model—typically 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. I like a clean space, especially shared spaces such as kitchen, bathroom, living room. I do have a 3-year-old husky who I love getting out and playing with. My husky is very playful, energetic, and would love anyone interested in playing with him.
