I own a ranch style home on a pond in Seaford, DE. The house has a private room with its own entrance, tv, internet, electric fireplace, microwave, Murphy bed and its own bathroom. Beautiful view of the pond. I am 65 years old and have 3 small dogs. No smoking. Rent covers the one room & bathroom only. Occupant would not have access to the main house.
About the roomies
I currently live alone and like my privacy. I play piano and enjoy the company of my dogs. I have a significant other who visits from NJ when he can.
