Kinoʻole Street

Hello! Just a small group of current/recently graduated college students and their 3 cats looking for a roommate willing to fill one of 4 bedrooms and sign a lease from November 1st, 2022 - August 31st, 2023. As our new roommate, you would be provided with a quaint room that has a view of Mauna Kea (and Mauna Loa if you really squint).

House is within walking distance of the University of Hawaii at Hilo, a 5 minute drive to downtown Hilo, and a 15-20 minute drive to nearby beaches. You would be living within the 2nd story of this safari-style abode, and will have access to spacious common areas (including 2 porches, a living room, and a kitchen). You would also have access to on site laundry machines and street parking that you would be able to view from the living room. Access to these as well as all utilities except for internet are included in the monthly rent.

Must be willing to participate in roommate interview (via zoom or in person) where introductions would be made and house policies would be discussed with current residents. Must be approved by 3 cats (=^o.o^=)

As a group we are largely orderly, quiet, introverted folk who enjoy gaming and the occasional outing.
