Roommate wanted! Hi! My partner and I are looking for a roommate to fill the 2 bedroom apartment we just applied for in the Presidio area of SF. This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a large living room and kitchen space (780 sq ft in total). It looks out towards the ocean and is a 5 minute walk to Baker Beach. There is one parking space available and plenty of street parking. There is no laundry in the building as of now but there are hook-ups for a washer and dryer. The room available is $1,300 a month with about $60 in utilities. The room dimensions are 9 x 12 with a closet space available in both the actual bedroom and also another in the hallway. Move in date is November 1st, possibly sooner.

A little about us: we are a queer couple both 27 and both of identify as non-binary/genderqueer (AFAB) and use they/them pronouns. One of us is POC and the other white. We are kind, quiet, and very clean. We have one cat and love to bake, listen to music, read, and spend time in nature. One of is an Occupational Therapist and the other a Baker/Barista. We will be prioritizing other BIPOC queer and trans people looking for housing and are hoping to find someone we can get along with and who also likes to keep a relaxed and clean home. Pets are also welcome! Since our names would be on the one year lease, we are hoping for someone who is interested in staying long term but it’s not required.
