Single family 2 br home on half an acres. Close to everything Leominster has to offer. Parking for 5+ vehicles. Plenty of room for your guests. Home has been in my family for over 40 years and has recently come to me after my parent recently deceased. There is a detached sun room you could have usage of for more privacy with your guests if need be.

I am a widowed, independent senior, who has been caregiver to my family, husband and parents whom have recently passed away(cancer).I am a quiet, honest, and respectful person. Easy to communicate with. Not very good at tooting my own horn!
