Located on Roper Mountain Road near Garlington road. 5 minutes from a Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Publix, and every possible type of restaurant you could want, and about 15 minutes from downtown on the highway. A 1.5 acre total property with two houses on it. This house is 1550 sqft, with an open-living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom/bathroom is the available room. The room can come furnished with a mattress and a bureau (short/wide dresser + mirror). No pets, and no smoking. There is a gravel driveway with uncovered parking for 3 cars by the side of the house. Note, the mulch beds are no longer mulched like they were in the picture. We’re looking for a 20s-mid 30s male or female to be with the other roomies. Rent: Rent for the room is $600/mo, month-to-month lease. Utilities are not included, but the average over 2025 for electric, gas, internet, trash, and water is around $83/mo.
About the roomies
Grant graduated from Clemson two years ago and is working at a cable distributor. He’s a nice guy and we watched Game of Thrones and other shows together.
Steven is also a nice young man currently in mechanic school. He is rarely home, but when he is, he mostly keeps to himself.
