I’ve fully furnished the apartment, and the kitchen is almost nearly entirely stocked (Maybe need another dish set, etc). All you’ll need to bring is bedroom furniture! Everyone has their own bathroom with an extra half bathroom off the living room. There are tons of perks such as in-unit laundry, video doorbell camera, dishwasher, disposal, brand-new appliances, and this gorgeous courtyard the entire apartment wraps around

About the location

Located in a cute, quiet part of the Mission closer to Portero Hill. Steps away from trendy restaurants (Flour + Water), cocktail bars (Trick Dog), and coffee shops (Sightglass). It’s a safer part of the Mission, and you are still a 10-minute walk from all the action on Valencia. If you have a car, street parking isn’t too difficult and there’s pretty easy access to the 101 via Portero. BART stations are about a 15 min walk away, and there are multiple MUNI bus stops located nearby

I’m a 24 year old gay male working as a designer in tech, and I’m in office 3 to 5 days a week. I’m a pretty social person but don’t throw parties, I just love having the occasional wine night + mario kart competition with friends. I love grabbing drinks, getting dinners, and exploring the Bay Area. I’m also very clean, with my Dyson vacuum as one of my prized possessions (if that says anything about me lol).
