Room is furnished with a twin bed/mattress. The bed in the picture is a twin as a reference for size.
Prime location - walking distance from Tysons Corner Center Mall and two silver line metro stations.
Parking may be in front of the house, or extra parking is located one block up the street - not immediately in front. Depends on whether other roommates have taken parking in front of house already.
No pets.
Security deposit is 1 month’s rent. Must sign a lease.
Will need to go through a background check.
