The apartment is upstairs and a total of 950 sqft and all laminate or tiled flooring. The living and dining area are currently furnished and the available bedroom is unfinished with large mirrored closet doors and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is the ‘guest’ bathroom but I have my own in the master. The rent would include wi-fi, sdge, and water /trash. No pets are allowed per the apartment’s policy. There is a single car garage with storage space available. The property management will require a rental application to be added to the lease

I am a professional, working from home 1-2 days a week and commuting the remainder of the days. I work quite a bit but also like to have fun enjoying living in a beach community trying out all the local restaurants and breweries. I am also a huge football fan 🏈
