About the room
It is a one bedroom and one bath available. Private room. No background or crowder check just proof of income. Zip code is actually 80231 located south of Denver. Someone to take over I will still be paying some of the rent since it will be under my name i have to move do to an emergency. I will be paying the electricity still. So 1400 flat. . I just moved in a month ago unfortunately cant be there. Nice area they are doing a lot of new work on the property and it’s great place to be outside. I ALREADY HAVE A PLACE LINED UP FOR ME
About the roomies
No one else lives there but me There is no furniture in the bedroom or living or dining room so that all could be brought in by you. I just will be out of town for a month starting in a couple weeks . Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Great area for dogs. Target and King supers are a 5 - 10 min walk.
