I have two bedrooms available one furnished at $850per month and one unfurnished for $750. Both have a $300 deposit. This is a three bedroom two bath house @ Lake Lanier. We have two parks that have boat access in the community. Utilities are including internet, cable, television, washer and dryer, there are two Weber grills, one gas and one charcoal if you want to barbecue . If you pay your rent on time per 3 months your fourth month $100 will be reduced on the 4th month rent! Every 3 months this shall take place if your rent is paid in a timely manner the fourth month will have a $100 credit so if you need tires for your vehicle brakes for your vehicle you can look forward to It if you pay on time you will get 100.00 regards to your fourth months rent payment .

I live by myself there is no one else in the house. I have no criminal record. I’m 57 years of age. Some free dinners if interested if you feel like not cooking!
