I’m moving out of the lovely house I’ve spent the past two years in, to move closer to my partner. I’m looking for someone to take over the lease. November 1st start date is great, but exact timing is flexible. The house is a classic old Northampton duplex, with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and lots of extra space for home office, storage, etc. Rent is $750/month.

The kitchen has a big five-burner gas stove, and the kitchen and pantry are spacious. There’s a big unfinished basement & garage for storage, plus space to garden, and a nice backyard that is great for fires and social gatherings. Off street parking is included!

The room available is the biggest in the house. It gets lots of sunlight, and has a nice view overlooking the street, and has a small closet.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the meadows and the Audobon, along with a convenient bus stop. We’re a 10 minute walk away from downtown, and an easy bike ride to Easthampton.
