Pics coming soon. I have one room available in a small cozy 2 bedroom unit of a duplex. Room is not furnished. You would be sharing a bathroom, kitchen and common living area with me. Decor in the home is hunting cabin style rustic. Fireplace, central air, dishwasher and, washer/dryer is available in the basement. All utilities are included. Lawn care included. Would share in responsibility of snow removal. You would have to provided your own internet and cable. Off street parking. No smoking. Month to month. Sorry no additional pets.

I’m a full-time artist and I work from home. My work station is set up in my own room. Since my schedule is flexible I would work around your hours so not to disrupt your schedule. I have two dogs that live with me Mr. Doc Holiday and Wyatt Earp. You must love animals! There is a garage which I use but will provide off street parking in the driveway and share the garage if / when needed. Non smoker. I do not tolerate any drug or alcohol abuse of any kind. I don’t mind anyone who is a casual/responsible drinker.
I’m looking to rent a room to someone who is clean, not neat freak clean but, will clean up after themselves, be respectful, responsible. I’m pretty laid back, an avid outdoors enthusiast and, enjoy working on my art along with spending time with my pups.
