David's room

Have a room in a single wide trailer with yard and covered porch. I am on disability and just looking for a little help with the bills. I am a fairly quiet person and early riser. You will have use of refrigerator, living room and porch and parking spot on the lot. There is also an Exon Convenienience store right across the street in short walking distance Conveniently located to Blue Mountain ski area and just 20 minutes North of Allentown. No bus Service

Must pass background check for mobile home park. Including everything (heat, air conditioner, electric, internet, laundry. I am self-sufficient and a pretty good cook. Not looking for all night party but do enjoy a few drinks and the occasional late night. Must be responsible and understand bills must be paid. I can provide transportation to a job but a steady income a must. No visitors in the house unless prior permission is given. This could change after a couple months but not guaranteed. No boyfriend/girlfriend hanging out.
