There are 4 rooms in the house. Primary bedroom currently occupied by male craftsman in early 20s.

A large living room with sofa, coffee table and TV will be shared by all guests in the house. The Backyard is well maintained and sitting area is also provided. All utilities (gas, water, electric, trash, internet) are included. 6-12 month leases available.

A young craftsman currently occupies the primary bedroom. He keeps to himself but is outgoing with his friends. Doesn’t party at home and keeps the home and his bedroom clean.

A young woman occupies one of the bedrooms. She is a quiet individual and keeps things extremely tidy in not only her own room but the entire household. She works at a tech company.
