This is a 2941 square-foot, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house recently built in 2019. The home features modern architecture, an open floorplan, and high-end appliances. The house is located in a secluded neighborhood off of 142nd avenue, at the southern end of Happy Valley.

The available room is ~12’ x 20’ - it’s the size of most master bedrooms.

Happy Valley has a pretty fantastic array of local food options, including Happy Valley Station food carts which is close by. Sunnyside Blvd also provides a lot of convenient businesses that are just a short drive away from the house. Clackamas Town Center is 7 minutes away and downtown Portland is a typically traffic-free 25 minute drive. Very nice, safe neighborhood.

Please note that this is not a particularly walkable location.

Some notes: -weed is a-ok (outside only), although no one here smokes

-No pets

-No dual occupancy (i.e. no couples)

-First lease length is 3 months. If all parties are happy with how things are going, we continue the lease, with month-to-month costs being greater than fixed term.

Ideal roommates would:

-Be clean/tidy. You’re not necessarily OCD levels of clean, but you maintain good habits and respect roommates by keeping common areas tidy.

-Be responsible and you pay bills on time.

-Be communicative and have good conflict resolution skills.

-Not actively try to subvert or exploit any lease conditions and generally behave in good faith.

-Not have a lot of stuff you want to store here just for the sake of storage.
