Richard's room

My house is very neat and clean. It’s been remodeled over the past couple years. Very spacious with five bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2300 square feet of living space. I have a great air conditioning and heating system that keeps the house comfortable year round. I have two rooms available. Both rooms have Directv cable box with all the movie channels, Netflix, hard lined ether net cable for PC or laptop hookup, high speed internet, and Wi-Fi with multiple routers for great signal. The kitchen has standard oven, convection oven, air fryer, commercial microwave and dishwasher. Full access to the laundry room is included. I originally only intended to rent out one of the rooms to one person, but I am now open to rent out both rooms if the situation felt right. Plenty of street parking available right in front of the house. Very quite street. The house is located in Cypress one and half miles away from Cypress college and seven miles away from Cal State Long Beach.

I have a busy work schedule. I have my two kids living with me. One recently graduated from college and the other is graduating from high school soon.
