Utilities included in rent, but there’s no cable or tv though you can add it if you’d like. Garage parking for the 2018 Subaru Forester - you can add on exclusive use of this car for $350/month.

Upstairs: kitchen, living room with balcony, small dining area (4-top table and coffee station), 1 full bath, 2 bedrooms (1 rented longterm to quiet independent female in her 40s), 1 small guest room that doubles as an office and is available fcfs (no cost) for either your or your housemates guest or office space needs. This guest room is used by house owner (female in her 40s) about once each quarter for a week.

One female housemate in her 40s rents one upstairs bedroom. Independent & quiet, but happy to have a housemate. Homeowner (female in 40s) visits for a week about once per quarter and uses upstairs guest room. Typically hosts an evening gathering at home for friends when she’s in town - you’re welcome to join!
