About this space:

This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the heart of Charlestown. The apartment is fully furnished (see photos) and located right near Bunker Hill Monument. It is conveniently located about a 10 min walk from Community College Station on the orange line of the MBTA, as well as about a 15/20 minute walk to the North End. There is street parking made for residents if needed. This apartment is pet friendly (considering the roommate and landlord approve). The landlord covers water/sewage/trash and the new roommate is expected to split gas, electricity, and wifi with current roommate.

About the current roommate:

Hello! I’m Judy (female), a 23 year old young professional working in healthcare and research at Massachusetts General Hospital. I’m often away from the apartment at work, but in the evenings and weekends I enjoy socializing, cooking, going out, playing tennis, relaxing, watching movies, and more. I own a corn snake who is the sweetest and friendliest snake you will ever meet, but if that isn’t your thing, she lives full time in a terrarium in my room so that you do not have to even see her if you don’t want. As a roommate myself, I keep common areas clean, respect quiet hours, and consider myself highly accommodating. Ideally, I would prefer a young professional like myself as a roommate, along with someone who is kind and respectful of the apartment and myself. I also would love to get to know and be close with my roommate at the end of the day :)
