Shared bathroom with one other female. 2 car garage and extra parking in neighborhood. Washer and dryer included. Plenty of storage space throughout the house.

I am moving, so I am looking to find someone to rent out my room. I have absolutely loved living here, the location puts you so close to everything around St. George. The house is super nice as well. You would be moving in with 2 respectful, clean females who are both in their early twenties and college students. One of the tenants has a very calm and quiet German shepherd dog, so must be ok with dogs. No other animals are allowed on property.
