Bonaire Drive

Dix Hills is beautiful hamlet located within the wonderful town of Huntington NY. There are plenty of shops, malls, supermarkets, gyms, and restaurants in the area. The location is central to everything you need. The house itself is in a low-traffic and quiet area of the block. The grounds are nice and green and there is an inground pool, gazebo, deck and plenty of places to hang out on the 1/2 acre of land the house sits on. Inside, the rental room is on the second story and has a beautiful view of the front yard, trees, and surrounding neighborhood. The room is furnished and has a wide screen TV with cable, and all the streaming services. You can also move freely about the house as you wish. There is a family room, living room, movie room, office, and kitchen. Driveway parking too.

I am an adult male mid 50’s and I live in the house with my father who is in his 80’s. We both have our own rooms in the house that are located at the opposite end of the house from the rental room. The rental room is next to a home office. The rental room is about 10 feet from a separate hall bathroom which is shared with one other person (me). I am not home during the day (I’m at work). My father is home during the day. We are both pretty mellow and easygoing nice people. We have wonderful neighbors, and everyone gets along. As long as you are a working professional, a decent human being, and not used to swinging from a chandelier at 3AM every night then we should be fine…and my home will be your home.
