Mat's room

3 Bedroom apartment in the Pilsen area of Chicago. The apartment is nice, kitchen is big and has lots of counter space. New dishwasher just installed. The bathroom is also nice. Bedrooms are good sized.

I have been living in this apartment for almost 4 years now and I really like living here. My two roommates currently are moving out. I have a friend who is interested in renting out one of the rooms and there will be a 3rd room that is open for whoever wants it!
