I have a four bedroom condo with two living spaces and a patio for rent. I’m offering a roommate situation for an upcoming lease on 4/1/23 or a sublease temporarily with a furnished room. (Linens will need to be self supplied). While my house is completely furnished I am willing to liquidate some furniture to make way for a roommate situation that would go through the property. I’m open to renew at a 6 month or 12 month lease based upon roommate agreement. *Subleases will expire by owner based on damages, violations of agreement to property. The room I wish to rent is a master bedroom with it’s own private bathroom and the laundry room entry is in the master. Private access in rear of house to Master bedroom area. **Early lease exit is available with 30 day notice on a sublease. ***Deposit is non refundable to apply background check *** Proof of income is required.

Four Bedroom Condo Downtown Birmingham, Near Lakeview. Dog Lives in Unit and is well trained. He would love a playmate. Building is a duplex/condo type lay out. Bedrooms are separated fully for full privacy. Master bath in the room available.
