Private room and your own bath in a quiet, peaceful, furnished, one-story home in Spring, Texas. No other tenants so you have your own bath and third bedroom will not be rented out. Smoking is OUTDOORS ONLY, and single males only. Age and orientation are irrelevant, but cleanliness and respect of privacy are a must. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home for maximum privacy. Owner is a quiet, non-chaotic introvert. Washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, back patio, and offstreet parking.

Only the owner to share home with and no other roommates in the home.Owner is comfortable in most environments, and LGBTQ is welcome. There is no smoking inside the home. Environment is quiet, laid-back and peaceful. There is no traffic in and out and the owner is non-judgmental, and prefers not to argue.
