Room for rent for one individual with shared bathroom in the hall for $750 a month with a $750 deposit. Monthly rate includes all utilities and wifi access to common spaces, washer/dryer, and off street parking. Month to month lease only. Prefer quiet, clean and non tobacco smoker. Will require criminal back ground check, credit check, and past leasing record.
