Michael's room

I have a lux 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2k square foot condo in Norton Commons with an extra room that’s just been empty for 2 years. I thought I may as well lease it out! I have an 11 year old son half the week and our lifestyle is basically busy realtor dad and racing my little man around to soccer, tennis, piano, guitar, etc. Apart from that I’m usually at the gym or sleeping. Pretty basic. Lol. Anyways, this community is clean, high end, walkable, with a bunch of restaurants and so on.

I’m hoping to lease the room out to a clean, responsible female. Women tend to be neater/cleaner and I keep the place super tidy.
