Looking for “one” responsible roommate (no couples) preferably young professionally (or serious student) female. Owner works for the Customs and Border Protection as a Federal Officer and will require a criminal background check. Not friendly with vape, smoking, 420 (even if becomes legal not allowed in this house or outside the property), drugs, and illegal activity.

Rent is $800.00 a month which includes everything; rent, internet (AT&T Fiber), Netflix, Amazon Prime, and utilities (Water, Trash, and Electricity). Also includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish wash soap, and other simple house hold items. The whole house is furnished. Rent is due on the 28th for the upcoming month. I will require a $800.00 refundable deposit that you will get back when you move out if nothing is broken, destroyed, unpleasant odor, and uncleaned. The lease will end in May 31st 2023. Owner plans to sell at that time.

The room is on the bottom level and is more private to the house. The other two rooms are on the 3rd floor of the three story Townhouse. The room is furnished with a king bed, two night stands w/lamps, tall dresser, and a bench. It is a shared bathroom with one other female. There is a half bathroom also. Closet in the hallway for bath / bed sheet storage. There is a garage parking spot and extra parking in the neighborhood for guests (see pic).

Currently two other females around the ages of mid 20s. We all have communicated well and work as a team on keeping the house tidy. Looking for a person who would be a good fit and is responsible. I do expect the person to clean up after themselves and be respectful to others. The house has been newly painted, with new hardwood floors, and new appliances. Both of the roommates have a dog. I’m open minded to a small dog 25 lbs or less but no cats. The neighborhood has a Pool.

Townhouse is located in Woodstock not too far from 575 and not too far from Roswell (5-7 mins). There is an Aldi, Sidelines Grill, nail salon, and Chinese within 2-5 mins of walking. Any questions let me know.
