Just the room for rent in a great area near everything! You will be in one of the rooms, shared bathroom all bills included in rent. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors! The house overall is 3 bed 3 bath with a mostly updated kitchen and a beautiful living room that could use a tenant breathing some life into it.

I’m the landlord living in said house with another male tenant. We’re both relatively quiet and clean. There is a pup here, her name is Waffles and she is the most adorable dog on the planet. She’s very friendly :)
