Kelly's room

Hey everyone, I am 28 and looking to rent out the spare bedroom/bathroom in my apartment. It is located 10 minutes from downtown. The washer and dryer are in the unit. The shared living spaces would be the living room and kitchen. You’d have your own room with a walk in closet and own bathroom. The apartment also has a pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts. Ideally I want someone clean and can respect boundaries. I already have a cat, so no other pets.

I’m 28, female and work full time as a therapist. I’ve lived in Wilmington 3 years. I do have a cat but she will mostly stay in my room and keep to herself. There are no other roommates.
